Church planting is like an Adventure! As M4 Intercultural we want to offer you a training from the very beginning of running an Alpha course to creating a network of multiplying intercultural churches. 

In the first year ADVANCE! training you get equipment to start an Alpha course, developing this into a Discovery Group and eventually continuing as a Missional Community. 

We strongly believe in training on-the-job and during every stage you receive access to different relevant modules.

ADVANCE! training

The ADVANCE! training equips you to play an active role in the mission of God in Europe! Our training is easy to start. In ten lessons you receive practical tools to build a community but also other equipment. Each lesson consists of three parts: SHAPE (personal development), SKILL (deepening knowledge) and TOOL (practical equipment).

During the year you participate with other pioneers in online sessions to get encouraged, sharing accountability, receive instruction and intervision. Three weeks before each online meeting you get access to the online training materials. Let’s do this together for the ADVANCE! of the Kingdom of God in Europe!
