This series is about discipleship, the heart of planting a new intercultural church. The overall aim is to become a disciple who makes disciples. In the previous lesson we discussed the meaning of discipling. Alex Ndemezo continues to talk about our own contexts and addresses the question: “How to disciple someone?”. This lesson inspires you to put discipleship in practice.
Watch the video and answer some questions.
Buddy-Walk
There are different creative ways to practice discipleship in your daily life. Do you have someone with whom you have a discipleship relationship? Or do you know a person who might be interested to start a walk together?
We want to challenge you and your buddy to take a little step forward. Think about how this step might look like in your own context.
Some examples to get inspired:
- Share or say something that helps your friend to get closer to Jesus.
- Share with your friend what you recently have received from God.
Write down which challenge you want to set for yourself for the coming weeks. Ask your buddy to keep you accountable to get things done. Enjoy!
