This conference is for people who would like to know more about building a missional community – a colourful, discipleship-based group that begins with an Alpha course and reflects the ethnic diversity of our cities. Eventually, this might even become an intercultural church plant! And yes, it is as simple as it sounds! Starting small, with a bottom-up approach and an entrepreneurial mindset you can be really surprised about what the Lord can do through you.

The ADVANCE! 2022 program
- Be inspired by talks about church planting by ICP Europe and Alpha International
- Hear about the urgency of discipleship and how we could do this together
- Learn how to build an intercultural community
- Get involved in workshops about basics of Alpha (7 best practices) or an experienced track (Alpha culture).
- Take time to process, to worship, to pray, to eat, to connect and to have fun with other missional-minded people!

The application process
- Apply. Send us your ADVANCE! 2022 conference application before the 1st of August.
- Assess. We can welcome a maximum of 100 people. Within 6 working days after your application, ICP Europe will contact you and have an evaluation together to determine if this conference is the right next step for you, or if there are other ways ICP Europe can assist you at this stage of your personal journey.
- Attend. The ADVANCE! 2022 conference is designed to inspire you in taking new steps in planting a new intercultural community.
- ADVANCE! Soon after the Advance! 2022 conference, if you decide to move forward, ICP Europe offers you a light training program to assist you in building new communities.
